Not Knowing Corporation (“Not Knowing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the limited information we collect from users of the demo version of our Cleared Hot game (“Cleared Hot” or the “game”). Not Knowing and its licensors develop, own, operate, and maintain the game. Not Knowing is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Redwood City, California, U.S.A. Information We Collect

1.1 Anonymous Gaming Data. When you download and play Cleared Hot, we automatically collect the following information through an anonymous internal identification system: (a) Game Activity Data: Actions you perform while playing the game; (b) Session Information: Timestamps and duration of your gaming sessions; (c) Hardware Information: Basic technical specifications including your graphics card (GPU) and screen resolution; and (d) Usage Reports: Analytics data about how you interact with the game. 1.2 What We Don't Collect. We do not collect any of the following information from users who download Cleared Hot: (a) Personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details; (b) Payment information (the Cleared Hot demo is free.); (c) Location data; or (d) Information from other applications or your device outside of the game. 2. How We Use Your Information. We use the anonymous data we collect from users for the following purposes: 2.1 To improve game performance and the user experience; 2.2 To analyze gameplay patterns and enhance game functionality and features; 2.3 To optimize the game for different hardware configurations; and 2.4 To generate internal usage reports for use in ongoing product development. 3. Anonymous Internal ID System. We assign an anonymous internal identification number each time a user installs the game on a device. This ID: 3.1 Is not linked to any personal information; 3.2 Cannot be used to identify you personally; 3.3 Is automatically regenerated if you reinstall the game on the same or another device; and 3.4 Allows us to track usage patterns without knowing who you are. 4. Data Storage and Security 4.1 All data is stored securely in the United States. 4.2 We use Google Forms to manage and organize collected data. 4.3 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. 4.4 We do not transfer data outside the United States. 5. Data Sharing. We do not do any of the following with the usage data we collect: 5.1 Share the data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose; or 5.2 Sell the data to any third parties. The only exception is our use of Google Forms for data management, which is governed by Google's privacy policies. 6. Data Retention. We retain the anonymous gaming data that we collect for as long as we determine is necessary to: 6.1 Improve and develop our games; 6.2 Analyze usage patterns and trends; and 6.3 Comply with any applicable legal obligations. 7. Stopping Our Data Collection. You can stop our anonymous data collection at any time by uninstalling the game. 8. Children's Privacy. Cleared Hot is not specifically marketed or otherwise directed to children under age 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any users of the Cleared Hot demo, including children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take commercially reasonable business steps to delete such information. 9. International Users. If you are accessing Cleared Hot from outside the United States, please be aware that the anonymous game usage information we collect when you are using the game will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. 10. Third Party Websites and Software. The game may contain links or provide access to third party websites or software applications. Not Knowing is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party websites or applications. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by Not Knowing. 11. Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will: 11.1 Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy; 11.2 Notify users of material changes through the game interface or our website; and 11.3 Continue to protect the usage information we collect in accordance with the updated policy. 12. Third-Party Services. We use Google Forms to manage collected data. Google's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, which can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy. 13.
